What is your policy on returning items?

We currently allow a fourteen day cooling off period. You are free to return the products unworn, i.e. not used off carpet within this time for a full refund. Returns of damaged items must first be rang through to ourselves for a returns number. Our returns phone number is 0151 555 5555.
